Keto Caramel Mug Cake (No Egg)

Ingredients:

2 Tablespoons of butter, softened

4 Tablespoons of almond flour

1 Tablespoon of coconut flour

1.5 Tablespoons of granular non-sugar sweetener (I use Swerve granulated)

1 teaspoon of baking powder

1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract or 1 teaspoon of Jordan’s Naturally Sweetened Vanilla Bean Syrup (Click here for affiliate link with customer discount code: KIMGASURAS08)

1/4 cup of sugar-free caramel or salted caramel chips (I use Lily’s Salted Caramel Chips)

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together in a ramekin or mug, then place in the microwave for about 90 seconds. (You may need to adjust the amount of time depending on your microwave.)

Let it cool for about two minutes, then add keto-friendly whipped cream (link to my keto whipped cream here). Enjoy!
