Keto Vanilla Frosting

Makes 10 servings. Macros per serving: 99 calories, 4 grams of net carbs, 9 grams of fat, 15 grams of protein

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of softened butter

2 cups of powdered sugar-free sweetener

3 tbsp. of heavy whipping cream

2 tsp. of pure vanilla extract

Directions:

In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the butter until it is creamy (about 2 minutes).

Add in powdered sweetener, pure vanilla extract and heavy whipping cream. Beat on high for two to three minutes until your vanilla frosting is the correct consistency you want.

You can use this frosting with a variety of desserts. You can even add food coloring to change the color if needed.
