I have made the switch from small town journalist for 25 years to full-time author, blogger, writing coach, and content creator and recently released my second book along with a keto journal and a weekly and monthly planner. I started my keto journey in 2019 and want to share what I have learned, along with tons of delicious recipes, with you!
