Makes one cup. Macros per serving: 122 calories, 2 net carbs, 10 grams of fat, and 2 grams of protein.
Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened almond milk or unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 Tbsp. of heavy cream
1 Tbsp. of unsweetened cocoa powder
1 to 2 Tbsp. of powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener (to taste)
1/4 tsp. of pure vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
Optional: A pinch of cinnamon (I used a tsp. of Cinnamon Dolce Jordan’s Skinny Mixes) for a little extra sass.
Directions:
In a small saucepan over medium heat, whisk together the almond milk, heavy cream, cocoa powder, sweetener, and salt.
Heat gently, whisking often, until hot but not boiling. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla (and cinnamon or Cinnamon Dolce if using). Pour into your favorite mug and top with my keto whipped topping. Click here for the recipe.
