Delectable Keto Brownies

This recipe for these amazing keto brownies is one of more than 100 that can be found in my keto cookbook, Keto Confidence!

Serving size is one brownie. Macros per serving: 63 calories, 1.5 grams of net carbs, 5 grams of fat, 2 grams of protein

Ingredients:

1 cup of almond flour

1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder

1 tsp. of baking powder

1/2 tsp. of salt

1/3 cup melted coconut oil or butter (I use butter)

3 tbsp. water or additional oil

2 eggs

2/3 cup of granulated or powdered erythritol (your choice of sugar-free sweetener, I use powdered Swerve)

1 tsp. of pure vanilla extract

Optional: 1/4 cup of sugar-free chocolate chips (I use Lily’s milk chocolate)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat an 8-inch pan or glass baking dish with cooking spray or line with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients with a hand mixer then spread evenly throughout the pan.

Bake for about 20 minutes then let cool before cutting. Top with chocolate icing (click here for recipe) or powdered sweetener and enjoy!
