This is my mom’s recipe that she has made for decades. She, who is not keto, modified it to make it keto for all of us! It turned out absolutely delicious!

Ingredients:
5 Slices of your favorite keto bread (I used Aldi’s L’oven Fresh Keto Friendly White Bread)
1 stalk of celery, chopped
1 small onion or 1/2 of a medium onion
1 tsp. of garlic powder
1 tsp. of Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. of Rosemary or Sage
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/2 stick of butter, melted
3/4 cup of chicken broth
1/2 cup of chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a glass baking dish with parchment paper then set aside.
Cube the keto bread then put in air fryer for 3 to 5 minutes at 400°F until they are golden brown. I sprayed them lightly with avocado oil.
Chop onion and celery then place in a medium mixing bowl. Add in the toasted cubes of keto bread and spices, salt and pepper. Melt butter in microwave for about 22 to 30 seconds then pour over mixture. Stir to combine then mix in chicken broth. Add in walnuts if you prefer.
Pour mixture into the baking dish then bake for about 20 minutes. Serve with your favorite holiday meal and enjoy!
