Ingredients:
2 cups of almond flour
1 tsp. of salt
1 tbsp. of baking powder
3 1/2 tbsp. of ground flaxseed
3 large eggs
1/2 cup of butter, melted
1/2 cup of water
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Coat an 8 x 4 loaf pan with cooking spray or line it with parchment paper.
Mix the almond flour, baking powder, and salt in a small mixing bowl. In a larger mixing bowl, mix the butter, eggs, flaxseed, and water with a hand mixer until bubbles begin to appear in the mixture. Whisk in the dry ingredients until completely combined.
Pour the batter into the loaf pan then bake for about 40 minutes or check the center with a fork or toothpick to ensure it is firm and not doughy.
Leave the bread in the pan until it is completely cool then slice and enjoy!
