This easy Keto Green Bean and Ground Beef Dream Bake is so delicious and easy to make. It is a great option for a low-carb dinner for you and your family on a busy evening or to make during your weekly meal prep. I used ground beef in my version of this recipe, but you can use any kind of ground meat, including turkey or chicken. You can also change up the veggies you use and replace the green beans with veggies like broccoli, cauliflower, or zucchini.

Ingredients:
1 lb. of ground beef
1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream
4 oz. of cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup of beef broth
1/4 cup of onion chopped fine
2 cans of green beans, drained
1 cup of cheddar cheese
1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp. of garlic powder
1/2 tsp. of salt
1/2 tsp. of pepper
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Cook your ground beef and finely chopped onion in a frying pan with a little olive oil over medium heat until the ground beef is browned. Drain off excess grease using a colander.
Add in the softened cream cheese to the pan with the ground beef and onion mixture then stir until the cheese melts and mixes in well. Add in the beef broth, heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well-combined.
Increase the heat so you can bring the mixture to a boil. You can then reduce the heat and allow the mixture to simmer for a bit. This will allow the sauce to thicken up some and become creamier.
Drain the liquid from the two cans of green beans then add them to a casserole dish or glass baking pan. Pour the ground beef mixture over them then top it off with the mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
Place into your pre-heated oven and bake for about 20 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted. After allowing the dish to stand for about 10 minutes, serve to family and friends and enjoy this delicious keto meal!
