This delicious keto and crustless personal pan pizza recipe is so quick and easy, my granddaughter can whip up one of these by herself. The macros are awesome too, but you can change them if you add other toppings of your choice. Some suggestions include bell peppers, onion, sausage, ground beef, chicken, etc. This one is simply a pepperoni pizza with extra cheese.

Makes 1 personal pan pizza: 322 calories, 4 net carbs, 21 grams of fat, 24 grams of protein.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup marinara sauce or low sugar pizza sauce (I use Raos Pizza Sauce)
1 cup of mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup of provolone cheese
16 pepperoni
1/4 tsp. of Italian seasoning
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F. Spray a little olive oil cooking spray or pour a little olive oil in an 8-inch glass pan then spread the marinara or pizza sauce on the bottom of the pan.
Spread both cheeses on top of the marinara sauce along with the pepperoni and any other toppings of your choice.
Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes or until the cheese browns and bubbles on top. Let it cool a bit then cut into four pieces and enjoy!
