Kim’s Keto Coffee

Makes one cup of coffee. Macros: 140 calories, 1 gram of net carbs, 1 gram of protein, 14 grams of fat

Believe it or not, I didn’t always drink coffee. In fact, before starting my keto journey, I wasn’t a fan at all. But once I gave it a try, I found myself relying on it more and more—especially in the mornings.

At first, I used a sugar-free hazelnut creamer and absolutely loved it! The problem? I started gaining weight. That’s when I discovered the hidden culprit: maltodextrin. This sneaky ingredient is commonly found in so-called “keto-friendly” and sugar-free products, but it reacts in your body just like sugar—some experts even say it’s worse. As soon as I cut it out, I needed to find a new way to enjoy my coffee without the unwanted side effects.

The challenge? I didn’t love coffee enough to drink it black. I needed something to make it taste better without compromising my keto goals. That’s when my daughter’s friend introduced me to Jordan’s Skinny Syrups—and let me tell you, it was a game-changer! I now use their Vanilla Bean and French Vanilla naturally sweetened syrups along with a dash of sugar-free hazelnut. They contain no maltodextrin and are instead sweetened with stevia, erythritol, and monk fruit—all keto-friendly and delicious! Not only do they make my coffee taste amazing, but I also use them in baking, making them incredibly versatile.

And no, this isn’t a sponsored post (though hey, maybe someday! 😉). I just love sharing keto-friendly finds that make sticking to this lifestyle easier and more enjoyable.

So, if you’re looking for a delicious way to start your day, grab a cup of Kim’s Keto Coffee and enjoy! ☕✨
